NASA astronaut Chris Williams and two Roscosmos crewmates have arrived at the International Space Station after a smooth Soyuz MS-28 flight from Kazakhstan. The trio will spend several months supporting science experiments, technology tests, and mission operations for Expeditions 73 and 74.
